Does your child LOVE to cook? Do you have a picky eater? This introductory level food literacy program teaches simple cooking techniques, food origins, seasonal recipes, and kitchen safety while having hands-on fun! Parent Tasting Reception on the last day. Students gain self-confidence and priceless life skills while reinforcing core academics. Each session brings a different themed culinary project. Instructors are professionally trained classroom educators, chefs or nutritionists. Minimum of 10 students required. We can ONLY accommodate nut allergies.
