In this basic course, you will learn and practice age-appropriate cooking techniques, gain self-confidence, develop life skills, critical thinking skills and communication skill through culinary arts. Each week you will cook from scratch culminating in a 3-course meal for parents! Each session brings a different themed culinary project. Sample themes: Soups to Desserts, Food Truck Fare, Simple Suppers. Instructors are professionally trained classroom educators, chefs or nutritionists. A minimum of 10 students required. We can ONLY accommodate nut allergies.
