This is Gentle Vinyasa, a “slow flow” form of Traditional Hatha Yoga, ideal for any age. Come explore practices that support & help heal your body, your back, your mind & your heart. The classes will include movements, stillness, rest and breathing lessons, along with short dialogues and introductions to various styles of meditation. Learn to breathe slowly which will help you calm your mind & your nervous system to overcome your anxieties.
Please bring your own mat, wear comfortable clothing, come with an almost empty stomach and an open heart to enjoy the yogic journey. You will need to be able to get down and back up from the floor for these classes.
