SLOW FLOW YOGA with Tonya
This is a gentle vinyasa yoga class, a “slow flow” style of traditional hatha yoga, ideal for any age.
Come explore practices that support & help heal your body, back, mind & heart. Classes include movements, stillness, rest and breathing lessons, along with short introductions to various styles of meditation.
Learn to breathe slowly to calm your nervous system and reduce your anxiety.
Please bring your own mat & a blanket
Wear comfortable clothing and come with an almost empty stomach to best enjoy the classes.
