Yoga with Jan for all Levels (Ages 18-70)
Session I 3 week classes: Yin Yoga all levels
1 hour class bring your own mat.
Very meditative practice poses are held 3-5 min intended to work our tendons and ligaments and fascia..No standing all sitting and laying down.
Friday Sept 26-Oct 10 5:30-6:30pm
Session II (3 week classes): Slow Flow yoga all levels
1 hour class bring your own mat.
Slower breath slower movement builds strength and relaxation and community. A flow is created each class to help create fun and challenging classes.
Friday Oct 17- Oct 31 5:30-6:30pm
Session III 3 week classes: Ashtanga Vinyasa all levels with modifications provided a great foundation class builds strength with lots of balancing poses leave feeling energized!
Friday Nov 7-Nov 21 5:30-6:30pm
