TGA: Tennis-Play Together (Gr K-5)
In partnership with the United States Tennis Association (USTA), TGA has developed a program curriculum designed to develop the next generation of young players’ skills and passion for the game. Following USTA’s “Tennis Sized Right” guidelines, we use equipment and courts tailored to the size and ability of young players, making it easier for kids to hold, swing, and connect with the ball. We teach students the game of tennis through easy-to-
understand concepts and interactive games that are fun and engaging. Using skill-based drills that can be done anywhere (indoors or outdoors, at school, or on the tennis court), students develop the fundamentals, explore
academic concepts through gameplay, and practice life skills--such as sportsmanship and respect.
