SLOW FLOW YOGA with Tonya
This is a gentle vinyasa yoga class, a “slow flow” style of traditional hatha yoga, ideal for any age.
Come explore practices that support & help heal your body, back, mind & heart. Classes include movements, stillness, rest and breathing lessons, along with short introductions to various styles of meditation, training your mind to focus. Learn to breathe slowly which helps to calm your nervous system, reduce your anxiety and help in navigating loss & grief.
Please bring your own mat & a blanket. Wear comfortable clothing and come with an almost empty stomach to best enjoy the classes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Students must be able to get down to the floor and back up to participate.
