WHAT IS KIDS CLUB?
Kids Club is a large group, recreational after-school childcare program for children in Pre-kindergaten through 5th grade, located on each elementary campus. It is a safe, familiar environment for the children, staffed with school employees.

WHAT ARE THE DAYS OF OPERATION?
Kids Club is in session each day that school is in session. Hours are from school dismissal until 6:30pm. Also available is a 5:00pm pick-up program, which allows parents the option of an earlier pick-up time. Kids Club DOES NOT operate on school holidays; however, child care is offered on teacher work days and some holidays at a special rate.

WHAT DO THE CHILDREN DO?
After school: The children will enjoy structured and supervised snack time, playtime, creative time, story time, and homework time.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES IN MY CHILD'S SCHEDULE?
PLAN AHEAD! If a change needs to be made in after-school activities, send a note to the homeroom teacher and follow up with a phone call to the Kidz Klub answer machine, 858-3021, before 12:00pm. Please avoid frequent changes so your child will fell comfortable with their after school plans.

WHAT ABOUT SNACKS?
An after-school snack including, but not limited to popcorn, pretzels, crackers, cookies, fruit and popsicles will be provided. Inform the Community Services office, in writing, if your child has any food allergies.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
*A new registration is required for every school year. Registration fee is $50 per year. ($35 if registering before July 18th) The fee is based on an annual daily rate divided into 9 equal payments, with the first payment due by the first day of school covering August and September. The monthly fee for the full-time 6:30pm program is $185 per month. The 5:00pm program is $105 per month. Drop-ins are $20 per day. A $60 balance is required to cover drop-ins.. Pre-payment is required. Fees are due in the Community Education office on the 1st day of each month. A $20 late fee will apply after the 5th school day of the month. Credit card authorization can be kept on file for automatic withdrawl.
Pick up times are set for 5:00pm and 6:30pm. There will be a $1.00 per minute charge for late pick-up, which will be posted to the account and payable withthe next month's payment. Please pick your child(ren) up on time!

HOW DO I ENROLL MY CHILD?
A new on-line registration must be submitted each year for each child in the program. Please notify classroom teacher that your child will be attending Kids Club. Teachers of drop-in students will need to be notified each day the student is to attend Kids Club. Register online through the Webstore at http://drippingspringsisd.revtrak.net
