SESSION I : This summer off-season workout program is designed for UIL student-athletes ONLY who are entering into a campus sport to get stronger, faster, and more flexible. Whether you are beginning the sports lifestyle or are the seasoned competitive athlete, you will benefit from this structured, goal-oriented approach to improve your ability to run, jump, and change directions, while improving strength, power, flexibility, and confidence.

SESSION II: This Strength & Conditioning Camp is specific to boy basketball athletes who want to get stronger, faster and improve agility. This camp is composed of an hour in the weight room and an hour working agility, plyometrics, and conditioning using basketball related movements. Please bring a water bottle everyday! SESSION II: *NO CAMP JULY 1-12*
